Vijay became a part of Engineius in June of this year, and since then, he has consistently been a pleasure to work with, echoed by our Operations and Network teams.

What do you love most about the job?
I love the flexibility of being able to plan and schedule my work around my lifestyle.
Also, being rewarded for completing more tasks with the grab bonuses.
How do you ensure you deliver vehicles on time?
To ensure I meet delivery times, I aim to arrive 45 minutes early, so that if there is an unexpected delay, I will still reach my destination within the delivery times.
What has been your best experience with Engineius so far?
So far, my best experiences at Engineius are delivering a range of high-end vehicles and being able to plan and organise my jobs.
How many miles do you do on average a week?
Having the flexibility of planning my own work means that I can do as much or as little miles as I feel comfortable to do so per week.
What do you think are the secrets behind getting to where you’ve got to?
Being positive and wanting to complete movements on time to the best possible standard!
What drives you to succeed in this job?
Ensuring customers have the best possible experience with Engineius by giving the highest level of customer service.
Do you reconcile your jobs and expenses on a regular basis?
I keep a work journal that has all jobs and expenses from day to day.
What are you most excited about this year?
I’m excited to carry out more movements with Engineius 🤩
What makes Engineius a special place to work?
Having the opportunity to drive a range of different vehicles and work at my own pace.
What is the best advice you can give other drivers?
To plan ahead and be organised.
