What do you do for Engineius?
I am a Network Planning Lead. I am responsible for managing a team of Network Planners. Our primary objective is to guide newly inducted drivers through a 2-week planning assistance and support program.
We offer movement recommendations suited to our drivers, while also teaching them how to plan effectively for themselves in the future. This process aims to develop competent and proactive members within our driver network. Through personalised and direct interactions with each driver, we motivate and guide them to achieve two significant milestones that lay the foundation for their success with Engineius.
Firstly, we guide them to complete 10 movements. Once achieved, they graduate from the program and transition into fully operational drivers, integrating into the broader network. As part of this network, they take charge of their own schedule and plan.
