What do you do for Engineius?

I am a Movement Expert, specifically in the customer service department.

My role involves speaking with customers, third parties and suppliers to generate positive solutions. Another area of my job includes deploying movements and creating plans for our network of drivers.

What motivates you to do well in your role?

Progression!

Personal progression is a MUST for me, and I believe it also translates into business growth, as it means I’m always putting 100% effort into making a positive impact 👍

What playlist do you listen to in the car the most?

All sorts. It depends on my mood or what I’m doing, generally old school Hip Hop & R&B.

In more recent times I have enjoyed Hip Hop or good hype songs for when I’m on the way to the gym, some days Garage, too!

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

The gym and working out. I am (stuck) in a routine, so it’s something I feel I must do. Otherwise, I will feel guilty.

That said, I do like a few pints in the pub on a Friday night 🍻

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

One of our suppliers has written a novel. The book is called The Swine Shed and is written by Joseph Samuel, and he wrote it whilst travelling on the train going from job to job.

Besides being raised in a dysfunctional home. Phillip has the ability to enter (swap) into people's consciousness. He then slowly learns to control the swaps with saddened consequences.

Describe one thing you've learnt in your role?

Better multitasking and how to prioritise my workload more effectively.

What’s the most useless talent you have?

Making the Chewbacca noise 👹.
